Are you already an exhibitor at one of our events, and have your received specific access data for your personell customer login?
If so, you can login online, using your access data, and make your service bookings after the receipt of your stand confirmation.

In addition, upon registration you will automatically be included with your company name and stand number in our printed trade fair medium (issued free of charge to all visitors) and with an exhibitor profile in the exhibitor and product database (EPDB for short)*:
The online exhibitor and product database offers you the opportunity to maintain your personal exhibitor profile and thus present your company in full. As a special service we will grant you full editability of your profile as part of the marketing package.
This means among other things:
Adapt your entry in the EPDB in the OSC.
*Remains online until the publication of the new online exhibitor database for the following trade fair.
Invite your target group - we will pay the entrance fee.

International Fairs Directory, EXPO GUIDE, Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV
We would like to draw your attention to untrustworthy exhibitor directory offers:
A Mexican company called "EXPO GUIDE, S.C." has contacted several exhibitors of Karlsruhe Trade Fair Centre and asked them to update their entries on Expo Guide, a database for trade fairs and exhibitors. This company as well as a company called International Fairs Directory are currently aggressively expanding their presences on the German market. We would like to emphasise once again that none of the aforementioned companies has any cooperation whatsoever with the Karlsruhe Trade Fair Centre. The entries on the Expo Guide site (www.expo-guide.com) and the International Fairs Directory (https://www.inter-fairs.com) are not related to any of our trade fairs.
Unsuspecting exhibitors are contracted to a three-year, non-retractable agreement, which could cost you a 1.181 € per year, with no foreseeable benefits.
If you receive any those letters, throw them away. If you mistakenly signed a contract, please follow the advice of the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry.
Karlsruher Messe- und Kongress GmbH expressly distances itself from the services offered by any of those companies as Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV and International Fairs Directory!

If you have ordered a chargeable entry at EXPO GUIDE, we provide you here for download a letter, which AUMA has checked by a lawyer and with which you can defend yourself against the payment of an invoice.
